But they're also perfect for those who have most of their plans in place but want a professional to step in, organize everything, and flawlessly execute the day.
A Wedding Planner is for those who want hands-on guidance from start to finish—from vendor sourcing and design support, budget, to planning every detail and managing the entire process. While I don’t offer full planning services, you’ll still receive thoughtful guidance and full support with planning-related details to ensure you feel confident and prepared.
Do you work with all types of weddings and events?
Yes! I work with weddings of all sizes and styles—intimate elopements, traditional ceremonies, modern celebrations, and milestone events. Every love story and celebration is unique, and I tailor my services to reflect that.
When should I book a wedding coordinator?
As soon as you know you’d like professional support! Full Planning couples typically book 9–12 months in advance, while Day-Of Coordination is often booked 3–6 months before the wedding date. But the earlier you book, the more availability and support I can offer.
Will you be there the entire wedding day?
Absolutely. On your wedding day, I’m there from start to finish to oversee setup, manage vendors, keep the timeline on track, handle any unexpected moments, and ensure everything flows seamlessly.
How do you help with vendor communication and management?
I act as the main point of contact for your vendors leading up to and on the wedding day. This ensures everyone is aligned, timelines are clear, and you don’t have to answer questions or manage logistics while enjoying your celebration.
Can you help even if I’m planning my wedding from out of town?
Of course. I work with couples near and far using virtual meetings, planning tools, and clear communication to ensure nothing is missed—no matter where you’re located. I love to travel and enjoy supporting couples who are planning weddings outside of my home area.
For out-of-town or destination weddings, I offer travel-friendly upgrades to ensure you receive the same level of hands-on support, care, and attention to detail throughout the planning process and on your wedding day.
